A few words about SPAM
We receive around 1,200 e-mail messages a
day including a substantial quantity of spam and we rely on
spam filters.
If you have not
received a reply from us then it may well be that your original
message was "spammed". If you think that this may be the case then
please use our
online form which should always get through (it will send a
copy of your message to you for your records).
SPAM Reduction
We get so much spam as a result of the number
of websites developed before spam became a problem when we openly
included our e-mail address on the website. We now include a simple
encryption algorithm for all e-mail addresses on our websites to
reduce the risk of being spotted by SPAM BOTS - programs that "live"
on the internet harvesting e-mail addresses for their owner.
You can reduce your chances of being added
to spam lists by taking a number of simple but reasonably effective measures.

of simple but effective measures:
If
you use online chat rooms or want to sign up for
membership on a site that you are not 100% confident
about then use an e-mail address from one of the
many free providers (Hotmail, etc) that you then
only use for that and similar activity; do not use
your "real" address
Never
reply to spam asking to be removed or click any
embedded links asking to be unsubscribed since this
simply confirms that you read your e-mail and makes
you a more valuable target address
Keep
your computer's anti-virus software up-to-date
Use
a firewall on our computer, particularly if you
are connected via an "always on" connection such
as broadband or cable. Please note that most routers
have a firewall built in while most modems do not

is based in Canada and has been
banned from this
marketing practice in
the USA. They
also operate in the UK and Europe under the name Domain Registry of Europe.
EU Registry Services. This company
is based in Cambridgeshire and also
goes by the name of Domain Registry Services.
They have been
successfully challenged by Nominet, the UK
domain name authority.
